Delivery Method

   

Shipping Rate / Postage:
For West Malaysia (WM) = RM9
For East Malaysia (EM) (Sabah and Sarawak) = RM11
*If over 500g, additional charge RM3(WM)/RM5(EM) is applicable for every additional 500g
*Free shipping with Purchase Order over RM100


The shipping charges depend on the sum of weight of the total item you buy. The shipping cost is shown once you place the order and perform checkout. When the order transaction is succeeded, we will email you an Order Confirmation which is included the shipping cost.

 

Shipping Policy

How is the packaging? Any sdescription on the parcel?:
All orders are delivered in discreet plain packaging with no reference to content purchased.

Shipping time / When can I receive my order?:
We'll dispatch order within 1 - 2 working days via courier service upon receipt of payment. Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. We dispatch orders from Monday - Friday. We don't provide the service of COD (Cash On Delivery), meeting up with customer or visiting our store to view products.


All orders with in-stock items, we usually will dispatch / post out the same working day (Mon - Fri) if payment is notified & received or cleared (IBG/GIRO) before 1:00 pm and shipping / tracking number will be given after we dispatched the product. Please expect the delivery within NEXT *3 - 7 working days. Order & payment that is notified, received or cleared after 1:00 pm, we will arrange to dispatch or post out the NEXT working day.


Note:-
- *We can't promise the exact date & time of delivery as it's all depending on the courier's arrangement. Unexpected delays of delivery may happen occasionally by the courier.
- Currently, we use PosLaju,Citylink or Skynet courier services for delivery. We'll not entertain any request asking to change to other courier services after payment is confirmed.

Can I self collect my order at the courier office?:
You can request self collection at POSLAJU center or SKYNET station/office:-

Let us know which center/office of the courier you prefer to self collect it upon confirmation of payment or during checkout process by input the info in the comment's field / shipping address.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address.

We will be most happy to assist you in tracking the parcel if you do not receive your items at the eight days after your purchase confirmation.

Return Policy

All items (especially, electronic-function products are batteries-tested) are checked thoroughly in working condition before we dispatch it. Therefore, we provide no warranty for all of our products.
OppaStyles.com emphasizes on customer delight throughout the whole purchasing exercise. The following return policy is designed to ensure customer is assisted when needed. However, OppaStyles.com does not support refund on completed transaction. All products, once sold are non-returnable. We do NOT offer cash or credit card refunds.

Items Applicable for Return:
1. Incorrect products: Products shipped are mismatching on what you've ordered.
2. Product with defect

Items Non-applicable for Return:
1. Customer changes one's mind of item.
2. Customer induced fault or damaged (eg, user's fault eg., mishandling, dropped, misused or improper application of the products, ...etc)
Note, all electronic-function products are batteries-tested & checked thoroughly in working condition before we dispatch it. OppaStyles.com reserves the right to conclude if the damage is induced by manufacturer or user's fault.
3. Check the package / parcel's condition before signing & receiving it. Do not receive it if parcel's packing is obviously broken, severely dented or any damages with impacted marks. OppaStyles.com will not responsible for any damages if the parcel's packing is obviously broken, severely dented, damaged with impacted marks are found after signing & receiving from the courier.
4. Product's color is not as expected (Color: Not Fix).


Deadline for Return:

Must report immediately (by email / sms / phone call) within 8 hours upon acceptance of delivery. Therefore, it's important to check or battery-test your item(s) once you've received it. We will explain the return procedure through email within 7 days of reporting.

All manuals and accessories that come with the product must be included and returned back to us in their original packaging & condition. We'll come back to you within 7 days upon receiving the return products. OppaStyles.com reserves the right to conclude if the damage is induced by customer fault or not.
